Should Christians keep the Sabbath?

Some Christian groups honestly and sincerely believe that we should keep the Sabbath (Saturday) as a holy day.  Some will quote the Bible and refer to the 4th of the 10 commandments “Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy” (Exod 19:8-11).  Sounds convincing so far.  But when we look at the New Testament and look at what the apostle’s did, we don’t find them keeping the Sabbath.  eg: Col 2:16 “Let no man judge you in respect of  … the sabbath day”.  Rather the apostle met on the first day of the week (Sunday) to remember Christ.  Acts 20:7, 1 Cor 16:2.  You are invited to come and hear what the Bible says about whether to keep the sabbath or not.
