The coming Kingdom of God is amazing, its thrilling.  It’s the best news there is and the best thing that anyone could be a part of.

What is this about?

  • This Kingdom of God is going to be a world wide kingdom, headed by Jesus Christ, who will return from heaven.  Information about God’s Kingdom is in many places in the Bible.
  • Those who have been baptised into Jesus Christ while believing Bible Truth will be with Christ in this kingdom and have everlasting life and everlasting happiness.  See Rev 21:4  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

How can we be sure that this will really happen?

  • You can trust what the Bible says is true, because prophecies in the Bible, many of them written 2500 years ago have come true in amazing detail .  No man could do that.  There has to be a God.  See the Bible Prophecy page.

How do we know there will be a Kingdom of God?

  • Jesus Christ preached the coming Kingdom of God
    (more than 60 references in the Gospels)  Eg: Luke 8:1 And it came to pass afterward, that he (Jesus) went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings (Gospel) of the kingdom of God:  OR Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
  • The Lord’s prayer (Matthew 6:9-10) confirms there will be a Kingdom of God – After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven…

Where will this kingdom of God be?  In Heaven or on Earth?

  • Kingdom of God is on earth.  In Luke 1:31-35 the Angel Gabriel told Mary And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
  • Also Revelation 11:15 The kingdoms of this world are  become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
