Lecture – The Bible is relevant today

Many people think that the Bible is an old out of date book that is no longer relevant to people in the 21st century.  This could not be further from the truth.  We would like to share with several reasons why the Bible remains as in touch as ever.  Human nature hasn’t changed.  Our lives have changed because of technology, but fundamentally people haven’t changed.  We still have frustrations and disappointments, our yearnings for somethings better are still there.  Through the Bible we can learn that God gives us real and tangible hope for living for ever in total happiness.  These are real hope with real proof of why you should believe the hope that God offers you.  Come and hear more evidence of why the Bible is relevant today.  There will be time for discussion afterwards too.
