SUMMARY:Why did Jesus Christ die and rise again?
DESCRIPTION:The life\, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is central to the message of the New Testament\, which is termed the Gospel.   By faith in the Gospel\, concerning the work of Jesus Christ we can have eternal life in God’s coming kingdom.  Yet sadly so many Churches do not present the true Bible teaching about what one has to believe to be saved. SUMMARY:Who is God?

DESCRIPTION:This series of presentations has given an outline of what the Bible says about the coming Kingdom of God.  The focus of this final presentation in the series is about how you can be in the Kingdom of God and how you can get to enjoy the enormous benefits it offers for people.  To get to be in this Kingdom there are things you have to do now.  You need to identify with Jesus Christ in baptism.  But the Bible shows that the baptism required is very different to what is commonly taught about baptism.  Another key requirement is living a life in conformity with the commandments of Jesus Christ.  What are those commandments?  These commandments are largely misunderstood\, but its important to know the truth about them to be acceptable to God and Jesus Christ.

SUMMARY:Should Christians keep the Sabbath?
DESCRIPTION:Some Christian groups honestly and sincerely believe that we should keep the Sabbath (Saturday) as a holy day.  Some will quote the Bible and refer to the 4th of the 10 commandments “Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy” (Exod 19:8-11).  Sounds convincing so far.  But when we look at the New Testament and look at what the apostle’s did\, we don’t find them keeping the Sabbath.  eg: Col 2:16 “Let no man judge you in respect of  … the sabbath day”.  Rather the apostle met on the first day of the week (Sunday) to remember Christ.  Acts 20:7\, 1 Cor 16:2.  You are invited to come and hear what the Bible says about whether to keep the sabbath or not.

SUMMARY:The Truth about the Devil
DESCRIPTION:Most Christian religions believe in a supernatural Devil that is the arch enemy of God and roams the earth tempting men and women.  However the Bible evidence for such a concept is not really there.  The term “Devil” does not occur in the Old Testament at all.  The supposed identification of the Devil as a fallen angel is in Revelation chapter 12\, which was written at the end of the first century AD.  In the whole of the Old Testament\, which spans a period of 4\,000 years\, there are no warnings to the people about the Devil.  There are plenty of other warnings in\, for example\, the Law of Moses about the dangers of idolatry\, but no warnings about the Devil.  So what is the Devil then?  Come and hear what the Bible teaches.
