SUMMARY:A Biblical View of the Middle East Crisis
DESCRIPTION:The current armed crisis in the Middle East has the US and Israel in conflict with Iran.  The reasons for the conflict remain somewhat unclear\, yet missiles and drones from all forces have brought death and destruction throughout the region\, even in countries that have not taken an active role in the conflict.  Additionally\, missiles from Hezbollah in southern Lebanon have provoked widespread response through that country from Israel. \nEach country involved seems convinced that they have right on their side.  Unfortunately\, they appear to forget that armed conflict always has terrible results for the peoples living in the area. \nWe will explore what the Bible has to say in prophecies about the Middle East and focus on prophecies that tell us we live in “the last days” of the current world order\, a time that will usher in the return of Jesus Christ to the earth.  The nations of the world have their own agendas\, but the Bible assures us they will come to nothing because God’s plan to replace their rule forever will be fulfilled at his appointed time..

SUMMARY:Who is God?
DESCRIPTION:Many people have many different understandings about “who is  God”.  Does that matter?  Well the Bible says it does matter a lot.  Bible teaching is that it’s vitally important to know who God is.    Jesus Christ said (John 17:3) “This is life eternal\, that they might know thee the only true God”  The apostle Paul writes that “There is one God and there is the man Christ Jesus” (1 Tim 2:5).  This is also challenging.  So the answer to “who is God” is important.  Hence you are invited to hear this presentation about “Who is God”.  The answer is not complicated but it is radically different to what is generally taught in Churches.  Come and hear for yourself.  There is no collection and no obligation.  For more information on the subject see here.

SUMMARY:How you can be in God's Kingdom
DESCRIPTION:This series of presentations has given an outline of what the Bible says about the coming Kingdom of God.  The focus of this final presentation in the series is about how you can be in the Kingdom of God and how you can get to enjoy the enormous benefits it offers for people.  To get to be in this Kingdom there are things you have to do now.  You need to identify with Jesus Christ in baptism.  But the Bible shows that the baptism required is very different to what is commonly taught about baptism.  Another key requirement is living a life in conformity with the commandments of Jesus Christ.  What are those commandments?  These commandments are largely misunderstood\, but its important to know the truth about them to be acceptable to God and Jesus Christ.

DESCRIPTION:Having outlined in previous presentations what the Bible says will be the character and nature of the coming Kingdom of God on earth\, this presentation focusses on what will life be like for people in the Kingdom.  Will it be the same as today?  No the Bible says it will be very different in many ways.  People will all treat each other with love.  There will be peace and security and no more war.  People will live much much longer lives and have great fulfilment in their lives.  There are many other aspects of life in the Kingdom that the Bible describes and which will be covered in this presentation.
